    Silver Support is offered for our Enterprise API customers, offering industry-leading SLAs with Slack communication to support your production-grade Generative AI applications.

  • Gold

    Gold Support offers enhanced SLAs with support within your local business hours. This tier is included for our GPU Cluster customers and also offers Together services for annual commitments.

  • API users benefit from Gold support by paying an additional 10% of contract value
